The Estate

Two centuries of grape harvests make history. Since 1820 Tosti has been producing still and sparkling wines and is a family-run estate which has witnessed seven generations of the Bosca family at the helm of operations.

Wine Making

During the production process, red grapes are macerated to best extract flavors and aromas. The must is cuddled in the temperature- controlled fermentation to develop a natural and crisp perlage which exalts the organoleptic characteristics of the grape.

Pairs well with light dishes, for a refreshing toast, to side desserts or to satisfy the desire to be coddled.
