The nose opens with shaved almonds, white flowers and brioche. Flavors of Clementine and spice add to a well-placed weight from partial malolactic and driving acidity that helps marry the enticing nose with a delicious mouthfeel.

Wine Making
With only partial malolactic fermentation, the wine retains crisp freshness while promoting a creamy mid-palate. Aged 18 months 30% new French Oak.
