The color of this wine is red with some mahogany reflections. The nose is expressive and complex with characteristic aromas of violet and peony as well as spicy hints of white pepper. The mouth offers the same aromatic palette, the tannins line the mouth with finesse. The result is a very feminine, suave and gourmet wine.
Lionel Osmin & Cie is pleased to present its range of 100% French Southwest wines, developed from very special local grape varieties. The Négrettes are picked first, followed closely by the Syrah. Aged in Italian vats, these 2 grape varieties reveal their full aromatic palette with notes of flowers, spices and small black fruits.
Pairs well with zander or tuna, cured hams, southern cuisine, tajines, tomato pasta, basquaise chicken, grilled meats, brie paella, camembert, stuffed duck neck, and lamb.
