An excellent Domaine bottled wine predominantly made from the following Rhone valley grape varieties:- . The average age of the vines is between 30 and 40 years old which help to produce a wine that is rounded and supple with warming spicy fruit flavours, to make it the perfect partner for spicy dishes

80% Grenache, 8% Syrah, 5% Carignan, 4% Cinsault & 3% Mourvèdre
grape blend. This wine contains allergens, sulfites.
The Estate

Located at the gates of Provence, near the famous village of Chateauneuf-du-Pape, once a summer residence of the Popes established in Avignon, the Domaine des Chanssaud maintains the family tradition since 1826.

Wine Making

A third of the production of Châteauneuf du Pape red pass an aging year in casks. Then the wines, assembled, are bottled at the winery by a specialized company which guarantees quality and hygiene, and allowing precise control of operations. Bottles packed in boxes are then storedin an air-conditioned room where they remain until age marketing.
