In 2016, Cyril Gouy believed strongly in the St. Emilion terroir when he decided to acquire 1.7 hectares of vines, facing Chateau Angelus. He cultivates these vines and vinifies these wines entirely on his own and is the 4th generation of a winegrowers from a family established in Monbazillac. Cyril has chosen to change the codes and to produce a red wine with great personality. With assistance from the esteemed consultant team of Hubert de Boüard, Cyril Gouy invites you to discover his Confidences. 90% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. A two hour decant will reward the drinker well!
